Our consultancy services have been developed to meet the needs of clients who often engage us to do Diagnostics with the outcome of that process requiring engineered solutions to be developed and implemented to rectify overall system performance.

We have the ability to seamlessly integrate with a client’s existing consulting/engineering team. or given we have accurately defined the issues often overlooked by others via our diagnostics processes, clients trust us to engineer and supervise the implementation of solutions to finally fix issues directly.

A large portion of our work load comes directly from repeat clients who we are now seeing engage us earlier in the process, whether it be for a new build to prevent the type of operational issues previously mentioned above, or they are seeking New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC) or NABERSNZ rating or they have an existing building that has shorter lived issues.

We have a diverse blend of clients who use our consulting services. These are not just building owners and Facility Managers, but (given our hands-on commissioning and diagnostics experience) other consultants for whom we have assisted with commissioning clauses, peer reviews and as a sounding board to issues they may be having with specific projects or system types, where diagnostics processes may be appropriate to fully define issues.
